When life repeats, something is asking to be seen...
- Do you notice patterns that return again and again in relationships, work, health, or your inner life?
- Do you feel stuck in ways that do not seem fully explained by your own personal history?
- What if some of what you are carrying began before you were born?
Family Constellations reveal how unresolved events in previous generations can live on in you through unconscious love and loyalty. What once served a family’s survival can later restrict life, until it is seen, acknowledged and given its rightful place.
This work does not analyse or diagnose. It allows what has been hidden to come into view, so inner movement can arise naturally.
The In-Person Workshop
You are warmly invited into a weekend of Family Constellations, held in a grounded and respectful space, and guided by an international facilitator trained directly with Bert Hellinger.
This is a live, experiential weekend.
Constellations on any subject will be set up for participants throughout the two days. The work supports everyone present, whether you are setting up your own constellation, participating as a representative, or observing the process with presence. Each constellation offers insight and movement for the whole group.
You are welcome whether this is your first encounter with Family Constellations or you are returning to the work with new questions.
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is for those who feel drawn to step into the constellation field and explore the deeper forces at work beneath the challenges and recurring patterns in our lives.
It welcomes those who are discovering Family Constellations for the first time, participants who have experienced the work before and wish to deepen their connection to it, and those who have encountered Family Constellations online and feel called to experience the field in person.
It also welcomes practitioners who feel called to bring a systemic perspective into their work, as well as anyone who senses an inner invitation to bring light to the hidden dynamics influencing their lives.
No previous experience is necessary.
You are welcome exactly where you are on your path.
About the Facilitator
Marina Toledo is the Founder and Director of the Hellinger Institute and an international teacher of Family Constellations.
Her main influence was the founder of this living philosophy, Bert Hellinger, with whom she trained over a span of seven years.
He gave her his blessing to carry this work forward.
For over sixteen years, Marina has facilitated Family Constellations with thousands of people across North America, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Her work is known for its depth and respect for the natural movements that emerge in the field.
