Marina Toledo is an internationally recognised Family Constellations Facilitator and Trainer, and the Founder and Director of the Hellinger Institute, first established in Canada and now serving an international community from Spain.
Her work is inspired by her parents: from her father, a pioneering entrepreneurial spirit, and from her mother, unconditional love and a dedication to teaching that honours each person as they are. Both are present in the way she teaches and supports the unfolding of each person’s soul.
Her journey with Family Constellations began in 2002, when she first experienced the profound healing this work can bring. At the time she did not imagine that one day she would devote her life to it. Yet the depth of the shifts she witnessed in herself and others ignited a calling to make this work available in Canada, where it was still largely unknown.
Marina began her facilitator training in 2009 and went on to study extensively with Bert and Sophie Hellinger and their School in Germany, as well as with other international trainers. Over seven years she travelled to different countries to absorb the essence of the work directly from its founder. With Bert Hellinger’s personal blessing, she founded the Hellinger Institute in 2011 with a clear vision: to open hearts and facilitate reconciliation and transgenerational healing around the world.
Before Family Constellations, Marina represented Spain in Canada and then Canada in Japan.
She holds a degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from York University in Toronto, along with studies in Business Administration and Adult Education. She is also trained in Reiki, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Meditation, and Erickson Coaching, and has learned from First Nations in Canada and Peru.
Her studies and teaching have taken her across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, learning directly from the sources of diverse methodologies.
Today, Marina offers comprehensive facilitator trainings internationally, both online and in person, and also leads workshops in various countries.
Her teaching is known for its depth, presence, and embodied wisdom, weaving together systemic principles and a profound respect for the movements of the soul. She creates a space where transformation can unfold with dignity and grace.

About Jorge Toledo
Educator and Systemic Education Trainer
Jorge Toledo is an educator and a pioneer in the integration of systemic principles into schools. He brings together years of classroom experience and systemic training to transform the way children learn and develop. His work reveals how unseen family and systemic dynamics shape a child’s behaviour, motivation, and sense of belonging at school, and how freeing these patterns creates space for confidence, connection, and a natural love of learning.
Jorge holds a degree in Engineering from the University of New Brunswick in Canada and spent over two decades as founder and CEO of his own company. Alongside his professional career, he cultivated a passion for personal and relational growth, becoming a certified yoga teacher and studying NLP, Reiki, and other modalities. His lifelong interest in human development and the deeper forces that shape our lives naturally led him toward systemic work.
In 2018, he followed a calling to bring systemic awareness into education and became Co Director of the adolescent program at City Country School in Madrid. There, he has been leading the integration of systemic education into daily school life, making City Country School one of the few truly systemic school models in the world today.
Jorge trained in Family Constellations with Bert Hellinger and other respected teachers, as well as in the Systemic Approach to Education. Today, he supports schools internationally in creating environments where every child can feel seen and thrive.
