Something about Marina Toledo

Thank you to my mom and dad, siblings and ancestors for giving me the greatest gifts of all. I carry your love and strength in my heart and thanks to it, I am able to dedicate myself to what I love most.

My dad was an entrepreneur and my mom was a teacher. They are both present in my work as a Constellations Facilitator & Trainer and Founder of the Hellinger Institute in Canada. In addition to Canada, I facilitate workshops and trainings in Spain, Argentina, Brazil and have been invited to bring my work to Mexico and Poland.

Prior to Family Constellations, I worked representing two countries in other lands: Spain in Canada, and Canada in Japan. I graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada in Mass Communications and Political Science, studied Business Administration and Adult Education.

My personal development journey began when I became a Reiki Master, in 2000. Shortly after, I walked the Camino, an 800 km path across northern Spain. I enjoyed the journey so much that I did it 2 more times. From 2003 - 2005, I went to Japan in order to deepen my knowledge of Reiki, while working for the Japanese government.

The next steps were training in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Meditation and Erickson Coaching, based on the transformative work of Milton Erickson. I travelled to Germany, India, Japan, the USA, Italy, Spain and Mexico, to study with the sources of different methodologies and have learnt from First Nations from Canada and Peru. In addition, I have completed UPW, Date with Destiny Mastery University and Business Mastery.

In 2002, I had my first constellation and at that time never imagined that I would one day be a facilitator.

After some years of participating in constellations as a client in Europe and feeling significant shifts in my life, I decided I wanted to bring this work to Canada, where it was not well known.

I began my training in 2009 and since then have been trained and certified by Bert Hellinger and Sophie Hellinger from Hellinger Sciencia® in Germany. In addition, I studied with 9 other trainers worldwide to gain an international perspective of this work and am very grateful to all of them.

I founded the Hellinger Institute, Canada in 2011 based on a vision to open hearts and facilitate reconciliation and transgenerational healing worldwide. In addition, I felt a calling to train others in this powerful methodology in order to expand the positive impact of this work. Since then, I offer both workshops and trainings internationally in person as well as Online.

    I have been at a few constellations lead by you over the last year and a half and have been truly surprised each time. During and after each workshop major shifts take place in my life and the life of my family. Never knowing what will happen, each time I grow and I find myself becoming the person I want to be more and more.     I want to thank you Marina for introducing me to the power of family constellation work. I had experienced several wondrous energy shifts after having two constellations done myself. I felt lighter and more open to life and love. The biggest surprise came after my third individual session. Both my parents have passed away and have been gone several years now. A few weeks after doing my third constellation I opened a letter from a dear old friend with a decade old picture of my two parents smiling at me arm in arm. The friend had been going through old pictures and felt moved to copy that one and send it to me out of the blue! It warmed my heart and truly felt like a hug from beyond.
