When the excluded are not spoken of, they do not disappear. The system finds another member in a future generation to represent them, often unconsciously, through repeated patterns of pain, struggle or loss. If you feel weighed by something you cannot name, if your life feels constricted or heavy in some way, perhaps there is someone in your system who has not yet been given their place.
